YOUR KEY PERSON

We operate a key-person system at pre-school to ensure your child has a member of staff who is responsible for their care and education. This person will endeavour to get to know you and your child over their time with us. They will be available to discuss progress, achievements and any additional information or concerns that you may have.

All our Key Workers are Level 3 qualified and above in Early Years & Childcare. We have a regular rolling programme of training to ensure all our staff meet statutory requirements. All staff are first aid trained.

THE TRUSTEES

Harpole Pre-School (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) is a registered charity run by a board of Trustees.

The committee also has a fundraising team that is made up of past and present parents and carers. They are always looking for more members to help to raise the valuable funds that push Harpole Preschool to be an Outstanding Setting.
